Whether it’s an unexpected mishap during crafting or an unfortunate accident, we want to assure you that we’re here to help. Our return policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind while you explore your creative side.

• If a product is opened or used, we cannot accept a return unless there is a defect or issue with the item itself. 
• All returns and refunds must be applied within 30 days of receiving your purchase. 
• Please provide your order number and reason for your return or refund. We will review your request and send you an email for further assistance.
• Only purchases from mylittlecraftitude.com could be refunded. 
• SALE products cannot enjoy refund or return.
• Returns must be in original packaging and condition. 
• We are not responsible for shipping fees of returns for personal reasons. 

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged item from one of our delightful DIY craft kits, we will arrange for a replacement at no cost to you. We believe that everyone deserves to enjoy their crafting experience without the worry of additional expenses due to unforeseen circumstances. Simply reach out to us, and provide us: 

• Order number
• Proof of purchase
• Pictures of damaged packages or products
• Correct shipping address

However, we also want to be transparent about our policy regarding damage caused by the customer. If an item is damaged due to mishandling or accidents during your crafting process, we may need to issue an extra fee for the replacement.

We encourage you to handle your crafting materials with care, as we want you to enjoy every moment of your creative journey.

Change or Cancel Order

If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us within 2 days of placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note orders that have been sent out cannot be modified or canceled.
