All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days) after your order is confirmed.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified, including any changes to customization requests, color, size, or other special instructions.

Please ensure your shipping address and customization details are correct before placing your order.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several tiers of shipping services (standard, expedited, etc.), and the delivery time depends on the option you choose and the shipping conditions (e.g. geographic distance, customs, weather, carrier efficiency).

Under normal circumstances, delivery takes 4-7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these are estimates only. Delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control (e.g. customs hold, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, public holidays).

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including:
• the tracking number
• a link to the carrier’s tracking webpage -
You can use that tracking number to monitor your package’s status.
3. Shipping Rates & Duties

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your region, package weight/size, and chosen delivery method.

4. Delays, Loss, & Force Majeure

We will work with the carrier and you to investigate, and depending on the situation, negotiate a resolution (e.g. re-ship, refund, partial compensation) in accordance with our return & exchange policies.

However, we cannot guarantee full compensation for delays caused by third-party logistics beyond our control.
5. Damaged or Missing Delivery

Please inspect the package upon arrival. If the parcel is visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery or record the condition when signing for it, then contact us immediately.
