Will it tarnish quickly?
- We use a high-quality protective coating designed to maintain the finish for 6–12 months under normal use. Actual wear may vary depending on individual usage and care.
- For gold-plated jewelry, the outer plating will naturally wear down over time. This is a normal characteristic of plated jewelry.
What if my jewelry starts to tarnish?
We offer a 3-month warranty for plating wear, damage, or loss of shine. If your jewelry experiences any of these issues within 3 months, you’ll only need to cover the shipping cost & we’d be more than happy to replace it with a brand-new piece for you.
